Since I have joined signature I now know how to do loads of flips. The first time I went I didn't know how to do a backflip but I learnt it in 2 or 3 weeks. I do a class on a Tuesday 7:00 with my friends called luke Reece, Harry and the coach is called Louie.

There used to be boys only acro but that stopped so they change it in to elite and advanced. I’m in elite and my sister is in advanced. I can do a roundoff back tuck. I’m doing a show in August 1st and the 2nd I can do a front flip, half twist, back flip and I can do a double front flip on trampoline.

Best Goals

23/24 season Holland FC vs Wivenhoe Tempest [in this game we one 6-1 I scored two] the ball came to me from a throw in far outside the box so I smashed it and watched as the ball curled into the top left corner.23/24 Holland FC vs Layer Colts [Last game of season] The ball came to me from far outside the box I controlled the ball and side footed it right into the top right corner.23/24 Holland FC vs Little Oakley I got the ball at the half-way line took It past one and then struck it into the top right corner.21/22 season Holland FC vs Bures [in this game I scored a hatrick] The ball came to me from a corner high in the air at the front post so I headed it into the bottom right corner.

Colchester United

Me and a few members of my team got invited to a trial at Colchester united FC at the trial I went in goal and I must of impressed them because they invited me back for another training session. It was all going great until one night where I wanted to stop training with them.

I never played any matches for them.

Holland Haven Team and Fixtures

Holland Haven vs St Clairs We won 1-0 I scored by nutmegging the keeper and our keeper saved a penalty late in the second half.Holland Haven vs Hamford we drew 2-2 I scored early in the second half and then our striker scored 10 minutes later.Holland Haven vs Gt Clacton Junior school We drew 1-1 I scored a volley and then they equalised last minute.Holland Haven vs Alton Park We lost this game 3-0. Holland Haven vs Holland Park [Holland Park are Holland Havens rivals] We lost 6-4 our striker scored a hatrick in this game.Holland Haven vs Engaines We lost 9-0. Holland Haven vs Whitehall We lost 3-0.

Holland FC

Holland FC was my first football club I trained with them 2019-2021 and then from 2021 to now [2024]I have been playing matches for them and have made some good memories with them.

Greatest Moments of my Career (so far)

21/22 Although we lost the the tournament final we did a great job getting to the final.23/24 It was 2-2 I got the ball far out from a throw in far outside the box and struck it into the top right corner to make it 3-2. 2022 I found out that I got invited back for another training session for Colchester United FC. 2023/2024 My first school football team game was against ST Clairs we won 1-0 I scored the winner by nutmegging the keeper and I got man of the match.

The Belts I have:

White belt
White belt senior
Yellow belt
Yellow belt senior
Gold belt

When I started:

I started marshal arts in February 2023 after my brother joined. I started at white belt and I stayed at white belt for 4 months! After my first grading I went up to white belt senior, which is almost the same as white belt but instead in our pattern we have to do it in a circle.

Grading

At marshal arts we grade every two months to see how much we have improved . If we do well we move up to different belt but if we seem like we have not made any progress we stay at are belt

Uniform Colours

White uniform = you first start of with it and you can always have it
Red uniform= closest in the class to black belt but not black belt yet
Blue uniform = if you get the blue uniform your a really good role model and your always doing the right thing and you can also become an assistant.
Black uniform = master you can only be this if your black belt and 18+

The Belt I Want the Most

The belt I want to get to the most is black belt
Because it is the highest belt you can get and it take 4 or more years to get to. Everyone in my class is determined to get get to black belt and the grading takes two hours to complete. After you get to black belt you get a huge certificate with you name written in Korean and the founder of martial arts.

Speaking Korean

At martial arts we sometimes have to speak Korean and after we do are patterns we shout SUNG which means shout in Korean and the Korean numbers:

1 - 하나 (ha-na)
2 - 둘 (dul)
3 - 셋 (set)
4 - 넷 (net)
5 - 다섯 (da-seot)
6 - 여섯 (yeo-seot)
7 - 일곱 (il-gop)
8 - 여덟 (yeo-deol)
